All items are shipped from Amsterdam with PostNL and DHL. Shipping costs are calculated at check-out depending on the country of delivery. We currently only ship to the Netherlands. For shipment inquiries to other EU countries, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Shipping times depend on the availability of the product and the carrier. This is indicated in the shopping cart when checking out. Once your order has been shipped you will be informed and kept up to date about the delivery by the carrier. We strive to ship your order in accordance with the specified delivery dates to the extent possible, however, we cannot guarantee that the order arrives within the set timelines.
If for some reason you are not happy with your order, you can simply return the unused product(s) in its original packaging, within 14 days of receipt, for a refund. After receival of the product(s), we will process the return as soon as possible and refund the value of the purchase (apart from the shipping costs). You will receive a confirmation by e-mail once this has been processed. The costs for returning the product(s) need to be arranged by yourself. If you have any questions or something is wrong with the product(s), please contact email@example.com. You may include as many details as possible such as a description of the problem, your order number and pictures in case of faulty items.
